Four years ago, on a fateful October day, a delegation of Scintillianen set foot in Eindhoven to bring a visit to our sister association: e.t.s.v. Thor. After a long bus trip, they attended the constitution drink to congratulate the newly constituted board of Thor, share some drinks with the Thor members and enjoy a meal with the pedellen. On September the 28th Scintilla organized the first SME (small - medium enterprises) market and dinner. As I’m near the end of my study period, I feel a slight urge to start looking for jobs and I signed up for the market and dinner. The description of the activity promised an afternoon and dinner where the participants would have the opportunity to meet employees of 8 SMEs from this region. So I signed up with 30 other students and participated in this great networking activity. ...

The yearly tour for the real student. Beer everywhere, tropical temperatures, huge amount of fun and ofcourse a medal. Hundreds of students go from pub to pub at the campus in the so called Elfbierentocht. Together with travel companions Sjoerd, Lisanne and Lonneke we go on this adventure, rate all the pubs and give advice to the reader. First of all, I will explain how the Elfbierentocht works.
